Image Rights

IPW.PET represents, distributes and retails products from specialist pet and outdoor brands. This statement explains the rights position for images and other protected materials displayed on the site.

Brand and third-party assets

Product photography, lifestyle photography, logos, product graphics, illustrations, videos and other brand assets may be owned by the relevant manufacturer, brand owner, photographer, licensor, authorised distributor or another rights holder.

IPW.PET uses those materials under the applicable authorisation, distribution or retail relationship, licence or permission. Displaying an asset on IPW.PET does not transfer copyright, design, trademark or other ownership to IPW DISTRIBUTION LIMITED or to a website visitor.

IPW.PET original materials

Original photographs, graphics, written content, editorial material and other works created by or for IPW.PET remain the property of IPW DISTRIBUTION LIMITED or the identified licensor unless stated otherwise.

Permitted viewing and restricted reuse

You may view site materials for normal browsing, product research and purchasing. No additional right is granted to copy, reproduce, commercially redistribute, republish, modify, sell or license protected imagery or other material without permission from the appropriate rights holder, except where the law permits the use.

Trademarks

Brand names, logos and trademarks remain owned by their respective trademark owners. References to Ruffwear, Non-stop dogwear, Hurtta, PINO, CLOUD7 and other third-party brands describe the relevant products or commercial relationships and do not imply that IPW DISTRIBUTION LIMITED owns those marks.

Rights enquiries

If you are a rights holder and believe an image or other asset has been used incorrectly, email trade@ipw.pet. Please identify:

  • the relevant image or asset;
  • the IPW.PET page or URL where it appears;
  • the nature of the rights concern and your connection to the rights; and
  • appropriate contact information.

IPW.PET will review legitimate rights enquiries promptly and may request reasonable supporting information before taking action.
