Where does IPW.PET deliver?

Online delivery is currently available within Ireland. International Markets are not commercially active.

How long does delivery take?

The current standard service is estimated at 1–3 business days. The delivery estimate and charge for an order are shown at checkout.

How do I choose the right size?

Use the size guide and fit information on the product page. If you remain unsure, contact us before ordering and include the product name and your dog's measurements.

Can I return an item?

Eligible Retail customers can request a return within 14 days of delivery. See Returns for the process and conditions.

Are Retail prices inclusive of VAT?

Retail prices for Ireland include VAT where applicable. Approved Trade catalog prices are shown excluding VAT, with applicable tax displayed at checkout.

How do Trade accounts work?

Retailer access is reviewed manually. Approved buyers sign in through Shopify customer accounts and receive Company and Catalog pricing in their authenticated context.

How do I apply to become a retailer?

Complete the Become a Retailer form. Submission does not grant automatic Trade access.
