IPW.PET applies the statutory withdrawal framework to eligible online consumer purchases.

14-day right of withdrawal

For most eligible goods bought online, a consumer may notify IPW.PET that they are withdrawing within 14 days of receiving the goods. No reason is required. After giving notice, the customer normally has a further 14 days to send the goods back.

Use the optional online withdrawal form or send an unequivocal statement by email to trade@ipw.pet.

Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods

These are handled separately from ordinary withdrawal. Appropriate return costs are borne by IPW.PET where required by law. This does not affect your statutory rights.
