Description

The Ruffwear Front Range® Dog Harness is a padded, everyday harness designed for comfortable daily walks and adventures. Its easy-to-use construction and four points of adjustment help provide a secure, comfortable fit for a wide range of dogs.

Two leash attachment points provide versatility: an aluminium V-ring on the back for everyday walking and a reinforced front attachment point at the chest to help redirect dogs that pull. An integrated ID pocket keeps tags secure and accessible, while reflective trim and a light loop for The Beacon™ improve visibility in low-light conditions.

A big boy needs a big harness

I'm not yet sure about Tankersley's thoughts on it, but my thoughts are all positive. I even think he may not outgrow it.

Looks great
Easy to adjust

Truly can't believe they changed the design

I bought this to replace one that was several years old and to my absolute shock they changed the front loop to a cheap plastic loop much thinner than the old one. See attached pic. This is absolutely not safe to use with a dog that pulls. Extremely disappointing.

Front Range Harness on Samoyeds!

We have two Sams and the youngest (1 yr) still likes to pull a bit so the front clip location is great.
Also the padding agrees with their voluminous fur!
Very well designed and manufactured!
Great harnesses!

Fantastic - feels secure and lightweight. Easy to put on and I love how heavily adjustable it is for the right fit.

Buckle broke within the first month

There must have been a defect because one of the buckle tines broke. I attempted to return but I was outside of the window. Only use for light use not durable

Didn't Fit My Slim Chested Dog

I have a pyrenees mix with a slim and tall rib cage and this was so tight on her neck while being so loose it didn't work on her chest. Just not the right proportions for a tall dog, in my opinion!

Stuck In the Middle

Our walks have improved greatly, LESS pulling, for which I am grateful. So my dog is happier as am I. I would have really liked to give 5 stars because of this but I am thinking the material used for the chest piece part of the harness is too rigid and needs to be a bit flexible. I've noted my dog does a lot of shaking and I'm thinking this is to reposition it - I think I have it properly sized after making the adjustments but I feel it's too tight under his arms. We measured him at 26" and purchased a small....
