I been using Ruffwear for over 20 years and they truly have not let me down…. great product quality, extremely comfortable and durable. I love how the harness has a handle to help my dog get over obstacles or help my dog get into the car.
My dog loves it and so do I.

I bought mine XL sized. Here are some issues I found. The aluminum hook point is very soft, if you use it with a bungee leash I bought from ruffware they will scratch each other off, this is a huge durability issue if your dog pulls. Second, the front adjustments of the harness are not fully adjustable as the right side has a limitation on how far it can tighten while the left side can be tightened much more, but this creates a unbalanced front harness. They should have used a harder metal because this leash and hook point won’t last very long. The front hook point also broke off and created a very dangerous situation. It is being covered under warranty so that is great. Other than that the harness is great.
It's a great harness. Been using them for several years. The harness is as close to escape proof as one can probably get. It's made in such a way that the dog can't back out of it. My dogs are very comfortable wearing it. I never have to worry about my dog getting loose.
This harness is fantastic for dogs that pull. There is a clip on each strap making it easy to put on and take off unlike the other harnesses ie flex that have to be adjusted every time put on and taken off because there is no clip on the strap around the neck. The Web Master is also nice because it has a place on both the chest and back to clip the leash on too. Unfortunately the material used to clip the leash on to is cheap plastic for the back. A solid stainless steel would have been preferable as it wont dry out and easily break over time like cheap plastic. We bought a red one and an orange one for 2 different dogs. It is fantastic to have the option to get 2 bright colors for those of us who live in areas where there are not side walks and have only 8 hours of day light at times in the winter. More fabric around the back and sides to help with visibility would have been preferable. It is awesome Fuffwear offers red and orange harness. So many companies offer a lot of pinks and little or no red options.
This is the third harness I have bought since I adopted my rescue dog from India five years ago- she needs a strong reliable harness that is escape proof and this is what I got.
The style (the way it fastens around neck) has changed in the years but it is still a reliable hard wearing harness

The harness isn’t quite a full body harness— it doesn’t have enough support for the back legs. I haven’t given up on it— but it’s also hard to fit it right— I have mostly gone back to the front harness and a makeshift sling for the back. My dog has injured ligaments in both back legs and needs help on stairs.
I really wanted this harness to work out, but it is just too wide in the chest for my 55lb female belgian tervuren. Had to return it.
Own multiple Ruffwear harnesses and coats. This one is a dud. Slips to the side easily, rear strap under belly digs in and is close to dog's business. I have adjusted every which way with no improvement. Should have returned it on day one.
The chest measurement works; however, my dogs neck doesn't fit comfortably into the neck portion of the harness. Instead, it digs into his neck. So, I don't use it. I'm not happy about the product.
